For Users Without an Account: We do not collect your personal information or business data. Your Invoices, Clients, and Items remain stored locally on your device.

For Users With an Account: If you choose to create an account to enable cloud sync, we collect:

  • Account Data: Name, email address, and profile picture from Google Sign-In.
  • User Content: Invoices, client details, items, and business profiles are synced to our servers to provide cross-device access.

For All Users: We collect anonymous usage data and device identifiers to improve app performance and managing subscriptions.

3. Data Storage & Synchronization

Local Storage (Default): By default, all your data is stored locally on your device. We have no access to this data unless you explicitly choose to sync it.

Cloud Storage (Optional): If you create an account, your data is securely stored on our servers to enable synchronization between your devices. You can disable this by deleting your account, which will remove your data from our servers.

4. Third-Party Services

We employ third-party services to facilitate our app's functionality:

  • Google Sign-In: Used for authentication. We receive your public profile information (Name, Email, Photo) as permitted by your Google account settings.
  • Payment Processors: We verify subscriptions through Apple App Store and Google Play Store. These services process financial transactions securely. We do not have access to your credit card information.

5. Advertising

We may use third-party advertising networks (like Google AdMob) to display ads in the free version of our app. These networks may collect data such as your IP address and device ID to show personalized ads.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your data, including accessing, correcting, or deleting your data. You can delete your local data by uninstalling the app or using the "Clear All Data" feature. You can delete your account and server-side data directly within the app settings.
